Simply wonderful.
I really like the connotations with the animal parts you used, its very much like our reaper. The body is one of these small souls, like how the Grim reaper is portrayed as a human skeleton. The wings are similar to his flowing robes, and to a rodent, are usually the mark of a predator. And the talons (my favorite part) are like the traditional scythe, "weapons" that only predators use.
All in all, simply wonderful.

Hmm. You did this in 2005? I'm glad you put up a "useable picture" now. This makes me think of Terry Pratchett's other kind of rodent-reaper in his "Discworld" book series. It's a great sculpture, done with such precision. I'd never be able to do it. Congratulations on the DD. Well-deserved! Thank you.
